These are all types of coaches who not only taught you something, but helped you to improve. Yet, since leaving school, raising a family, working hard, how many coaches have you had in your career or life? Have you ever had a coach who truly believed in your potential, explored your strengths and gave his or her fullest attention and focus to help you develop your best version to make great steps in life. I would not have become a coach if I had to do this on my own.
I am here, at this point of my life and career, because I had the support of a several great people. Encouragement is so important and can help you act courageously when you’re scared, unsure, or are losing hope. And I am truly thankful for this gift!
